How it works? To save your time and money we don't offer customer desk services. All
you have to do is contact us using our online booking form (prefered), send us email or
call us. We will arrange an engineer to visit you at your conveniences. After our diagnosis
our engineer will advise you how to resolve the problem with your computer. Our engineer
has company photo ID. Our visit and diagnoses is free with no obligations of repair. Most
popular parts including screens, memory sticks, etc. we have in stock so most simple
repairs we can do "while you wait". For more complicated or time-consuming repairs (DC
socket repair, motherboard repairs, cleaning, operating system reinstall) we will collect
your device, we will give you you proof of uplift. After repair we will deliver your device to
you within our operating area.
Collection and delivery is free. If we have parts in stock all repairs are done in 24 hrs. If the
parts must be ordered the repair time might be increased to 4-5 working days. We will
keep you informed at all stages of repair.
